Erelu (Dr.) Olusola Obada – Chairman
ERELU (DR.) OLUSOLA OBADA, CON, is a two-time Deputy Governor of Osun State and a former Minister of State for Defence.
She attended Watford College of Technology, England where she bagged Diploma in Advertising Administration in 1975 and also attended the University of Buckingham, England and passed out top of her class in the School of Law with an LLB (Hons) in Second Class Upper Division. She graduated from the Nigerian Law School in 1986.
In 1976, she became the Advertising Officer of Nigeria Airways, entrusted with the responsibility of marketing the Airways around the globe, especially international offices in Rome, Amsterdam, London and the West African Coast. She left the Airways in 1980 to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer.
She was at different times the Managing Director of Irongate Finance and Trust Company Limited; and Managing Director, Materials Management Services Limited, building a virile business empire.
Among others, she had served as Acting Director-General of the Institute of Directors Nigeria.
She was also the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal University, Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State.
Sanya Onayoade – Senior Partner/CEO
SANYA ONAYOADE is a graduate of Mass Communication and a Master of Communication Arts degree holder from the University of Ibadan. He has attended local and international courses on Media, Branding, Public Relations and Corporate Governance in many institutions including the University of Pittsburgh; Reuters Foundation of Rhodes University, South Africa and Lagos Business School. He has worked in many newspaper houses including The Guardian and The Punch.
He was the pioneer Corporate Affairs Manager of Odua Telecoms Ltd, and later Head of Business Development and Marketing of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO Plc).
He has led business teams to several countries in the US, Asia and Europe; and was part of an Aviation investment drive in West Africa.
He has also driven media and brand consultancy for a few organizations such as the British Council, Industrial Training Fund, PKF Audit/Accounting Firm and Nigeria Stability and Reconciliation Programme.
He is a Fellow of Freedom House, Washington DC, and also Fellow of Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria. Sanya is a member of Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and Project Management Institute (PMI).
He is a 1999 Commonwealth Media Awards winner and the Author of A Decade Of Democracy.
Igho Okor – Director, Marketing
IGHO OKOR is a Business Development Leader with broad experience in Brand Communication/Management, Telecommunication and Banking in the areas of Accounts/Relationship Management, Credit/Risk Management, Business Management and Customer Care/After Sales Service.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the University of Benin. He is also a Digital Six Yellow Badge Certified professional.
He had a decade experience as a customer relationship manager in the banking industry. Among the banks was the Standard Trust Bank (now UBA Plc) where he was the Business/Relationship Manager between 2001 and 2006 and was part of the ’30 Egg-Heads’ who formulated the bank’s PROJECT BLAST STRATEGY in 2004.
He later moved to Motorola Nigeria as the Regional Manager, Business/Service Operations in charge of West Africa in Motorola Nigeria between 2006 and 2009 where he was responsible for After Sales Service/Customer Care and Warranty Management within the region.
In 2009, he set up Iso-Black Concept Limited, a multi-channel brand communication and support services company. He is the Secretary General of the prestigious Lagos Country Club.
Deji Olaore- Director, Corporate Services and Business Strategy
Oladeji Olaore, D.Sc. is a media and international development expert who has consulted for several companies on media relations. He also has focus on media development, capacity building for civil society organizations, institutional development, legislative strengthening and good governance. Olaore has over 12 years experience of working in emerging democracies to develop and build the capacity of journalists, civil society organizations, legislators and legislative institutions in several African countries and part of Asia.
Olaore holds a Doctor of Science in Communication and Information Systems from the Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh; and a Master’s in Communication Arts from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
He is currently a Governance Specialist with the World Bank.
